Titanova, Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified supplier that has always had full service metallurgical and metallographic capability. This capability gives our customers immediate production quality assurance. Titanova’s in-house quality assurance capability allows us too efficiently and costs effectively develop novel laser processes for our customers. This capability in combination with our in depth knowledge of laser processing saves a tremendous amount of time and money for our customers. Our primary mission is to reduce risk for our customer and our quality assurance capability is one of the corner stones for that mission.

In addition to cutting, grinding and polishing capability, we have micro-hardness capability. This includes both Knoop and Vickers. We also have Rockwell and Leeb rebound type macro-hardness measuring capability. We also have X-ray fluorescence alloy analyzers to chemically analyze laser cladding dilution.

Titanova has been continuously building a knowledge data base of laser processed material properties and we are continually exploring new and higher performing materials to solve our customer’s toughest applications.
